Pole Fever are all about empowering women and their sensuality, making fitness an enjoyable experience for all women not matter what age, size or shape. We offer a number of classes and courses in Pole Dancing; we also offer fitness classes such as our Fever Workout, Ab Butt & Thighs, Flex n Stretch, Personal Training and Bootcamps.
Whether you're joining a Pole Dancing Course, having a private pole dance lesson or coming pole dancing for a hen or birthday pole dancing party, Pole Fever classes have a fun, friendly and professional atmosphere and teach you the art of pole dancing with style and sassy elegance. Pole dancing tones the body and strips fat. It is a great cardiovascular workout and allows you to use your body in sensual ways that make you feel all womanly. Pole Dancing builds strength and lean muscle, improves posture and overall self confidence.
Instructors
Bianca is 22 and has a passion for fitness, particularly dancing and netball. With a Sports Science background, she is studying a Bachelor of Science majoring in Nutrition and undertaking her Certificate 3 in Fitness. Bianca has been an enthusiastic dancer since the age of 6, with experience in a variety of dance styles including Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop and Pole Dancing. An avid netball player for 10 years she has played for Regional and development teams as well as playing socially. She looks forward to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals through teaching fitness classes and becoming a nutritionist.

Hi, my name is Esme Brown, I am 21 years old and I have been working in the health and fitness industry for over 4 years now. I completed my Certificate III and IV in fitness in 2005 at Central TAFE and have been working as a Personal Trainer and group Fitness Instructor both here and in the UK ever since. I am currently studying a double degree in health and fitness and minor in Human Movement and sports Biomechancis at ECU. I have always had a passion for sports, I have played netball since I was 7 and softball since I was 9 along with a variety of other sports. I competed in both gymnastics and dancing as a child and feel that I have integrated both these aspects into my Pole Dancing. I really enjoy what I do and will take pleasure in motivating you to enjoy it to. |
Hello, I'm Jamie Mcloughlan I'm 23 years old and have always enjoyed an interest in health, fitness, dancing and sports. After taking up Irish Dancing at a young age I th went on to take up ballet, jazz and tap. This turned from hobby to career when given the opportunity to take over a dance school teaching Irish Dancing. A few years later I then expanded the school to teach both break dancing and hip hop. After moving to Perth to persue my fitness studies I also went on to work as a paintball referee and pro paintball player and completed my Cert 3, 4 and Master Trainer in 2006. Since then I have coached and competed in gymnastics, acrobatics, and cheerleading, while also working as a fulltime Personal Trainer. Since beginning personal training I have also competed in the State Natural Bodybuilding Titles. I always enjoy keeping fit and healthy and look to help my clients achieve the same.

| Picture Coming Soon! | Hi, my name is Jenna Price, I am 24 Years old and have completed a Bachelor of Science (Exercise & Sports Science) also furthering my studies recently completing a post graduate in Bachelor of Science (Exercie and Rehabilitation). I'm an accredited Exercise Physiologist with the Australian Association of Exercise and Sports Science (AAESS) and hold certificates III and IV in Fitness.
Growing up I undertook a variety of sports including gymnastics, little athletics, swimming but my major passions are netball and dancing. I have played competitive netball from the age of 10 when a major knee injury in 2007 resulted in surgery along with a 1 year rehabilitation process. Alongside this dancing had been a major part of my life one and off since the age of 3, more seriously in the last 10 years where i'm currently working towards my teaching diplomas in the fields of Jazz, Tap, Ballet, and Hip Hop.
Alongside my studies I have gained experience in the fitness, rehabilitation and sporting settings, working in personal training and sports training for state level soccer. I feel that my interest and knowlede in dancing, sports and fitness has given me a good foundation to help my clients achieve their fitness goals. |
