Pole Fever Fitness Studios Logothe Goss

General Information

Clothing

Pole Fever recommends that you wear what you feel comfortable in for the casual classes and fitness classes. For Pole Courses we recommend that you wear shorts as it makes it easier to grip the pole. With pole related classes you can wear runners or go bare foot. A full backed top is recommended as it protects your back from the pole rather than singlet tops.

What to bring

Come with fun in mind, a sense of humour, a bottle of water and a hand towel.

Bling! Bling!

Please ensure that all jewellery, earrings, rings, watches, bracelets etc is removed before every pole related class.

Moisturiser

Please also make sure that you do not moisturize your hands or legs before a class as you will have trouble gripping the pole

Nudity

There is absolutely no nudity. We are all about making women feel comfortable in their own skin and clothing! We are about strengthening our bodies gaining confidence, and bringing out the sensual side that we have amongst us all, in a caring, fun environment. We do not judge in our studio but promote the different curves and the way to use them that all women have within them no matter the size or shape.

Class Bookings

Everyone gets their own pole for the duration of the class that is why it is imperative that you book in advance so we can make sure that this happens and avoids any disappointments. Group fitness classes also need to book as we keep our classes small so there is a low student to instructor ratio.

Spectators

We do not encourage spectators as this can be very intimidating for other students.

Cancellation Policy

Payment is due upon booking, if you need to cancel you need to give 24 hours notice and you can re-book to another time. If there is less than 24 hours notice given then you will forfeit your payment. Other arrangements can be made at the discretion of Pole Fever Management.

Missed Class Policy

If you miss a pole course you can re-schedule at the same time that the particular course is running and if there is availability, otherwise you will need to wait until the placement becomes available. Our pole course content is structured so it is imperative that you try and attend all classes. If you need to make up classes they will need to be taken within 8 weeks of missing your class. All casual pole classes require 24 hours notice.

Practice Sessions

There is free practice sessions available for course students. These will be on our timetable.
