PREGNANCY FITNESS CLASS

Who said you cant stay fit while Pregnant!!!!

This class is a low impact fitness class which is aimed at improving strength, posture, balance and core stability. It is best suited for anyone who is first starting exercise again, after an injury or pre/post and pregnant ladies.

There are a number of benefits for exercising during pregnancy such as;

  • Increasing strength in your back muscles. This will help to decrease the pain that pregnant ladies experience in their backs related to the growing bellies.

  • Improving posture. Throughout a pregnancy our posture will continually change as the centre of gravity is constantly moving forward with the growing belly.

  • It will help in a faster return to pre pregnancy weight and fitness level.

  • It is an excellent form of stress relief!

  • Will help to improve sleep problems.

  • Prepares the body for the physical demands it will face during labour.
